Account deletion — Luggage Storage BA
You can delete your account directly from the Luggage Storage BA application or request help by email if you no longer have access.
Deletion affects account access and associated personal data, but some records may be retained in anonymized form when required by law or for legitimate needs related to payments, security or claims.
1. Delete your account from the app
Sign in to the application and open Profile → Settings → Delete my account.
The app displays a final confirmation before submitting the request. Once completed, your session will close and you will no longer be able to access that account.
2. Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the application, email booking@luggagestorageba.com from the same address used to register.
Use “Account deletion request” as the subject. To protect your data, we may reasonably verify your identity before processing the request.
3. Data that is deleted
We delete the access account, personal profile and devices registered for notifications.
Personal data copied into bookings and notifications is deleted or anonymized. Technical attempt history may be retained without identifying you where needed for security, traceability or fraud prevention.
4. Data that may be retained
Paid bookings and related records may be retained in anonymized form where needed for accounting or tax obligations, fraud prevention, security or claim resolution.
Where an obligation requires certain identifiable records to be retained, access will be restricted and the records kept only for the period required for that purpose.
5. Active bookings
Before deleting an account with an active booking, that booking must be completed or canceled.
If there is a payment, luggage in storage, a pending refund or an open claim, deletion may remain pending until the operation is resolved safely.
6. Help and privacy
To check a request's status or report a deletion problem, email booking@luggagestorageba.com from the address associated with the account.
