We currently have official stores and Luggage Points in Buenos Aires City (CABA), Bariloche (Río Negro), Mendoza City (Mendoza) and Nueva Córdoba, a neighborhood in Córdoba City (Córdoba). Coverage refers to the listed locations, not the whole province. Check the map and your dates to find an available location.

Our network includes locations in Palermo, Recoleta, Retiro, San Telmo, Microcentro, San Nicolás, Balvanera, Almagro, Caballito, Monserrat and Núñez, among other listed areas. Search by address, place or neighborhood, or use your location to find nearby options. The map shows coverage and availability for your search.

Our official stores in Palermo (Nicaragua 4806) and Retiro (Maipú 814) are operated by Luggage Storage BA: you can visit directly during opening hours. Luggage Points are verified partner businesses and require a confirmed online booking before you go. For Points, the full address and actual business name are provided with your confirmation.

Search for a location, enter your dates, times and number of bags, choose a Point and complete payment online. You will receive an email confirmation with your booking code and location details. Keep this confirmation for drop-off and pick-up, and bring your ID, which may be requested to verify your identity.

The rate is calculated in Argentine pesos, per piece and per calendar day, according to luggage type. Carry-ons, suitcases and large bags are booked as suitcases; the backpack category is for small backpacks weighing up to 5 kg. Drop-off and pick-up on the same date count as one day; pick-up the next day counts as two, even if fewer than 24 hours have passed. The final amount is shown before payment.

Each store or Point has its own opening hours, including holidays, special closures and possible breaks during the day. Drop-off and pick-up must fall within an open, available time slot. If your booking spans a closure, your luggage stays in storage, but you cannot access it until the business reopens. Not every location is open 24 hours.

We work with official stores and verified partner businesses. Luggage is registered and identified for drop-off and pick-up using numbered security seals or other methods linked to the booking. The service includes insurance subject to the current terms and coverage limits; it is not unlimited protection for every item. Keep your booking code or confirmation.

You can request a change or cancellation through our official channels, quoting your booking code. Our general policy allows you to request cancellation free of charge up to 24 hours before the booking starts. For other deadlines, changes or refunds, check the terms that apply to your booking and contact us before changing your time; an extension is not confirmed automatically.

In Buenos Aires, we also offer airport transfers, luggage pick-up and delivery, package reception and Key Locker for hosts. Each service has its own coverage, availability and conditions. These services are not automatically included with storage or available at every Luggage Point or in every city.
